What can I say? When you’re in the middle of a stressful situation like finding and buying home, a good realtor can make all the difference in the world! My husband and I have purchased three homes using Lake & Land, specifically Alice Oldford, and it has gone smoothly every time. A good Realtor is always available and must excel at reading people. Alice knew what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time on homes that were not in our budget. She honed in on what we wanted and found it for us 3 times! We also had the pleasure of working with other members of the team who were delightful. Lake & Land is just a pleasure to deal with all the way around. I strongly recommend them with my eyes closed! If you’re looking for a place in Lake Placid, Lake & Land is the place to start. In fact, Alice is now our friend, not just our Realtor!
